23/04/2007 - End of Game Licence

As from the 1st August 2007, shooters in England and Wales will no longer need to be in possession of a Game Licence as they are to be scrapped following the presentation to the House of Commons of the draft Regulatory Reform (Game) Order before Easter.

However, shooters north of the Border and in Northern Ireland will still have to continue to own a Game Licence as the new legislation doesn't affect them.
