David Scott, he of the permit fame of Los Roques, has just sent us this great picture of a huge striped marlin he caught from Hemingways in February.  Striped marlin are more normally around the 100lbs mark but this was just about 150lbs.  The skipper asked for all hands to help David lift his prize aboard for a very quick picture before the stunning fish was tagged and released.

Hemingways is one of the few places that genuinely appeals to fishermen and their partners.  It is an iconic and very comfortable hotel on the Kenyan coast and a holiday there with a few days' fishing thrown in is as good as it gets.
