A new record for the Himalayan Outback

Head guide Bobby caught this magnificent mahseer last week.  It was weighed at 54lbs which is a new world record for a mahseer caught on the fly.  Landed at the confluence of the Saryu and Mahakali rivers, it put up a terrific fight before being landed and released to live another day.

Charlie White has just returned from this wonderful country and would be delighted to discuss his experience.
