Charlie White - Director of Fishing
After a career in the City, saving money to go fishing, Charlie decided to make his passion his profession. Having sampled the majority of all of our destinations, be they freshwater or saltwater, Charlie is fortunate enough to be able to compare and contrast the relative merits of the fisheries that we offer.
His formative career with us was to run operations on the incomparable Varzuga, a position he adored, and now concentrates on advising our clients on the best places to fish at the best times.

Louise Mackenny - Senior Fishing Consultant
Having started in our Shooting Department, Louise is arguably now one of the best travelled fisherwomen in the UK. With a special passion and knowledge for Cuba, Iceland, Montana and the Bahamas she is well placed to offer insightful help and advice to many of our favoured destinations.
Louise has seen both sides of the coin at Roxtons from the administration to the sales and combined with her extensive travelling she can advise on all aspects of your trip from a position of experience.

Tim Weston - Fishing Consultant
Tim joined us having been in charge of a commercial trout fishery in Hampshire which gave him a wonderful grounding in all aspects of fishing and various complicated logistics.
Any free time from the fishery was spent travelling the world in search of any form of fishing and his experiences have given him an excellent insight into what should and what should not form a part of a successful fishing trip. Tim's enthusiasm for fishing is infectious and he has a great passion for helping people.

Lynsey Mair - Fishing Co-ordinator
After several years in the telecommunications industry, Lynsey is now in charge of our Russian administration and also looks after our Scottish and Irish programmes. Whilst not an avid fisherwoman, Lynsey has been spotted on the banks of the Varzuga landing a very good salmon.
With the vagaries of Russian administrators to deal with, Lynsey's knowledge of the visas system and her attention to detail is vital to the continued success of the programme.

Sarah Chamberlain - Fishing Co-ordinator
Having left university in Oxford, Sarah embarked on an extended trip around South America which gave her the passion for the country that she retains today.
Sarah is in charge of all of our South American fishing administration, from Venezuela to Tierra Del Fuego and puts her extensive knowledge of the region to good use. Sarah is also in charge of our Norwegian programme and is a flight specialist for all parts of the globe.
