James Dent

James was brought up on the River Test in Hampshire and has an in depth knowledge of fly fishing, deer stalking and bird shooting. Having qualified in Arboriculture, James worked for a number of years in the Forestry sector before spending three years helping to set up a small sporting agency specialising in shooting and fishing holidays in Iceland and in the UK.

Since joining Roxtons in April 2006 James has worked with sporting estates the length and breadth of the country gaining a full knowledge of the UK sporting market. James' real area of expertise is Scotland, where he has fished, shot and stalked on many of the great estates and as such is well placed for advising clients on trips to this part of the world.
