Another great guiding week has ended. We had some very good old friends from England and the US. Fishing was very good most of the week. The weather was quite unstable this week: sunny, windy, overcast and a lightning storm.

Each week the fishing on the Rio Grande is getting more productive. The river is starting to get low but below the Rio Menéndez, the river continues to have good clear flow. Last week 100 fish were landed to the 6 rods with 23 fish over 15 pounds with one fish over 20 pounds for Keith C.

Fishing has improved this week with floating lines beginning to be effective. The team of 6 rods had a great week with a lot of laughs amongst great fishing. They landed 85 fresh fish with 16 fish over 15 pounds for an average weight of 10.1 pounds. The middle and lower river have fished best...
