Kooi Noom lodge in Argentina has finally been launched after three years of research by the hugely respected Trochine twins, Nico and Alex. The lodge looks sure to make a huge impact on the fishing world map.

Situated near to the fabled “Jurassic” lake (also known as Strobel), Kooi Noom offers similar sight fishing to huge rainbows but with one crucial difference which is what we feel marks it out as being very special.  Kooi Noom can offer fishing on several fantastically prolific lakes but also can offer fishing on a huge variety of rivers and streams.  The ability to offer prolific river fishing and being able to offer sight fishing in crystal clear rivers to huge trout is unique to Kooi Noom.

Kooi Noom is for the adventurous angler who seeks the challenge of hard-fighting rainbows beneath the vast and sometimes unforgiving backdrop of southern Argentina. Last season’s biggest catch was a colossal 25lbs but it is perhaps the ability to sight fish with a dry fly on tumbling glacial waters that will be the main draw for most.

There are 2 day/3 night, 3 day/4 night, 6 day/7 night programmes on offer to fit in with any itinerary and would work perfectly as an add on to our Tierra Del Fuego programmes.
