Recently built, in colonial style, El Colibri is a stunning base for any shooting trip. The hotel with just nine suites and bedrooms is set on the crest of a hill with wonderful views across to the Sierra Chicas mountains. El Colibri can be taken exclusively for a whole group or rooms can be booked on a per room basis.
With the French owners very much on hand to ensure that nothing is left to chance, the cuisine is superb. The experienced chefs produce the very best of Argentine cuisine, sourcing fresh produce from the Estancia's own farm and kitchen garden or local suppliers.
El Colibri is justifiably proud of its polo connections. Providing a demanding alternative to shooting, El Colibri boosts two polo grounds with additional practice areas with professionals on hand to help the beginners and the more experienced alike. A quiet hack around the property is available for the less active and boules, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and massage room are also available.
