The Delphi Club, Bahamas

If bonefishing is your sport then the extensive shallow waters of the world renowned Abaco Marls, a perfect habitat for bonefish, offers true sight casting to perhaps a record sized fish or a large school of tailing bones.

The Delphi Club’s guides are all hugely experienced professionals guiding you from new Dolphin 16ft skiffs.  After breakfast you will be taken to one of the many launch points and embark on a wonderful day of fishing.

Fishing in the Bahamas and particularly on Abaco Island is of top quality, with the famous Marls on the west side of the island offering over 200 square miles of first-class bonefishing flats which also give fishermen an occasional shot at permit and tarpon in the summer months.  On the east side the stunning sandy flats at Cherokee Sound offer some wonderful wading for bonefish.

Non-fishers will feel at home at The Delphi Club which has been designed with both fishers and non-fishers in mind.

There are many options for non-fishers, both active and inactive. Private scuba lessons in the pool; guided dives to spectacular coral reefs; golf at Treasure Cay; guided snorkelling; big game fishing and miles of beachcombing along Abaco’s amazing sandy coastline.

For the less active, boat trips to the charming outer islands, with their picture-postcard colonial villages; massage and beauty treatments by the pool; shopping for local crafts in Marsh Harbour; or guided nature trips on sea or land to explore the amazing wild life and flora of the Abacos.
