Big salmon are an increasingly rare phenomenon yet this majestic river on the North Norwegian coast offers rods the very real chance of landing something in excess of 40lbs and 30lbs fish are caught regularly. At a fraction of the price of the North Kola rivers, the Lakselva really does stand up to the closest scrutiny.
