Francis was a truly unique gentleman and there wasn’t a shoot or river in the UK that he didn’t know, having shot and fished on most of them during his 60 year involvement with field sports. He also pioneered some of the first British teams to fish in Iceland and shoot in Spain. 

He will be sorely missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know him and our thoughts are with his family.
