New for 2015 - Patridges in Mallorca

We are delighted to announce that we are now able to offer partridge shooting on the island of Mallorca

Located near Calvia, which is just 20 minutes from Palma, Las Barracas is a stunning estate. The wonderful combination of exciting birds, delicious lunches with sea views and good weather throughout the shooting season make this a unique shooting destination.

The shoot has been developed over the last 5 years. Guns are lined out at the bottom of some surprisingly steep pine-clad valleys, which many years ago were terraced with wonderful stone walls, several of which remain today. The normal bag size for Las Barracas is 500 birds per day but between the middle of November and the middle of January, smaller 300 bird days are available. We recommend shooting between 1st October and the end of April.

As the estate is located so close to Palma, many teams elect to stay in the Old Town of Palma in one of the many small boutique hotels and make the most of some fabulous restaurants in the evenings. Naturally this is a perfect location to extend your shooting trip into a holiday.
